He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lewis of DeRidder; his sons, Scott Lewis (Amber) of Fort Worth, TX, Steven Lewis of Merryville and Jeff Lewis (Lasa) of Sugartown; his grandchildren, Tanner Lewis (Hali), Conner Lewis, Cameron Lewis, Victoria Lewis, Jackson Lewis, Kaylie Lewis, Kaleb Lewis, Lila Lewis, Lawson Lewis and Jasper Lewis; his stepgrandchildren, Charles Bowen and Hailey Bowen; and his close friend Greg Cagle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
