It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoeAnn Lillie of Deridder, Louisiana, who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of JoeAnn Lillie to pay them a last tribute.

As we bid adieu to JoeAnn's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration JoeAnn has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding us through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Homer Baggs and Mildred Baggs; her siblings, Dessie Hoyland, Betty Clopton and Homer "Bud" Baggs Jr.; and her son Roger Sterling III of DeRidder.

She is survived by : her sister Hazel Holland of Beaumont. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church - DeRidder (406 Shirley St, DeRidder, LA 70634). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers donations made be made to First United Methodist Church of DeRidder.
