He is survived by: his father Johnny Ray Carroll; his girlfriend Sara Martin of Pitkin, Louisiana; his children, Zoe O'Banion of Pitkin, Louisiana, Sean O'Banion of Florida, Seth O'Banion of Buna and Gabriel O'Banion of Pitkin; his stepchildren, Abigail Dowden (Clayton) of Leesville, Louisiana and Caleb Ingalls of Missouri; and his siblings, Naomi Burgess (Russell) of Longville, Louisiana and David Carroll (Becky) of Pitkin, Louisiana. He is also survived by six granddaughters, one grandson, and many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 1425 Par Rd 572, Pitkin, LA 70656. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
