He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert P. Windham and Melba Brown Windham. He is survived by: his wife Paula James Windham; his stepdaughter Emily (Caleb Hites); and his grandchildren, Iris, Jackson and Ivy.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Church (102 W 1st St, DeRidder, LA 70634).
