He was predeceased by: his former wife Joy Loraine McClain; his parents, John Jay and Florence McClain; and his siblings, Billy Joe McClain, Babe Austin McClain, Paul Homer McClain and Wanda McClain.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie McClain of DeRidder, LA; his children, Johnny McClain, Jr. (Barbara), TrySee Wyche, Audie of Roswell, NM and Joy Lane McClain of Roswell, NM; his grandchildren, Lois, Valorie, Christy, Clint, Ruth and Sara; his great grandchildren, Charles, Sophia, Joseph, Alexander, Katie, Carter, Avery, Christopher, Sawyer and Kambree; and his sister-in-law Karin Hickman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
