He is survived by: his wife Linda Gayle Davis Bailey; and his children, Kendall Matthew Bailey (Laura) of Stonewall, Louisiana, Laurie Bailey Wolf (Jack) of Louisville, Kentucky, Sam G. Fransen (Jana) of Sanford, Gay Lynn Fransen Loupe (Chris) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Kathy Fransen Walsh (Dan) of Nashville, Tennessee..
