He is survived by: his friend Kurt Skinner; his son Andy Stark; his wife June Evelyn; his son Kenneth, Jr.; his granddaughters, Sarah Katherine and Abigail Rae; his caregiver Sandra; and also Darryl Hoychick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
