He was predeceased by: his parents, Father Lee Vincent Potter and Shirley Mae Barber; his children, Robert Carl McLaughlin and Shirley Glover; and his brothers, Joseph McLaughlin and Chuck Vanover.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn McLaughlin (Alissa) of Rosepine, Lee McLaughlin, Jr., April McLaughlin of DeRidder, Danielle McLaughlin and Hailee McLaughlin of Yakima, Washington; his grandchildren, Charlie, Jeremiah, Seth, Taylen, Ethan, Ayden, Karleigh, Steven and Austin; and his great grandchildren, Baylor, Beau and Evangeline.
