He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn White and Lorene White; and his brothers, Wilburn E. White, John D. White, Kermit White and Murel White.
He is survived by: his wife Bonita White of DeRidder, LA; his children, Marvin White (Sheila) and Tanya Smith (David); his sister Arlene Page of DeRidder, LA; and his grandchildren, Holli, Jeremy Jones, Trent, Felicia Hickman, Kaitlyn, Justin Gray, Shelby, Tim Knoblauch, Nicole Jarrell, Brooke, Adam Ferryman, Alison, Kalynn Smart, Julie and Brandon Feagan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
