She was predeceased by: her brother Wallis Vonallen Lewis; and her grandparents, Gilbert, Mildred Allen (Healan), Wallis and Katie Lewis (Midkiff).
She is survived by: her parents, Levon Lewis and Janet Lewis of DeRidder, LA; and her sister Stacy Cormier (Kevin) of Winnie, TX..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Grace Church (1103 W 1st St, DeRidder, LA 70634). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
