He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles Wayne and Anita LaVelle Bailey. He is survived by: his parents, Harlan Bailey and Regina Bailey; his grandparents, Jimmie S. and Jeannette Walker, Jr.; his siblings, Christopher Wayne Bailey, LeAnna Brooke Bailey and Samantha Diane Martin-Bailey; his uncles, Juan (Felicia Bernal), Bobby (Candace Taylor), Steve Walker (Amanda), Keith Walker, Scott (Nicole Walker) and Joshua Walker; and his nieces and nephews, Xander, Cole, Conner, Lexi, Kayden, Jeremiah and Braylen. He is also survived by cousins, church family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the Bailey family requests donations be made in memory of Noah Bailey to the Louisiana Agriculture Department or LSU Agriculture Department.
