He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Chambers and Claire Grillo; and his stepfather Martin Grillo. He is survived by: his wife Tina Lynn Chambers of DeRidder, LA; his children, J. J. West (Sarah), Shona West (Joseph), Scotty West (Shannon), Lacie Kloska (Nathaniel) and Rusty West of Rosepine, LA; his pets, Lilly and Tia; and his siblings, Richard Chambers of Texas, Richard Dugas of Texas and Pam Murdock of Sulphur, LA. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
