He is survived by : his sisters, Frances Lee Coody of Merryville, LA, Mary Jacquelyn George of Merryville, LA, Belenda Jolene George of Montgomery City, MO and Virginia Ann Harris of Springfield Ohio. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 5 nephews, 5 great nieces and 6 great nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home (2110 US-171, DeRidder, LA 70634). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
