He was predeceased by: his former wife Anna Jo Williams; his parents, Robert Lee and Adella Miller; his grandson Tomel Henry; and his siblings, Ocie Lee Freeman, Kenneth E. Miller, Melvin E. Miller, Sr., Darnell Miller, Collins Miller and Venton Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Freda Miller; his children, Thomas Steve Miller, Jr. (Jennifer), Zelma Silas, Ramona Miller and Mia P. Miller; his grandchildren, Terri Henry, Rohan Brown, Anna Brown and Malim Muskelly; his great grandchildren, Nakira Henry, Tomel Miller, Jr., Billy Henry, Trindy Henry and Nahriah Muskelly; and his siblings, Vonnie Miller and Lonnie Miller.
