He is survived by: his wife Connie Fowler; his children, Billy Wayne Hester and Mixie Franklin (Darryl); his siblings, Lucy Johnson, Margaret Phillips (Jack), Irene Ratcliff (Jimmy), Deborah Garza and David Fowler; Louis Bebee (Eva). He is also survived by Five Grandchildren, and Six Great- Grandchildren.
