He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffrey "Jeff" Mahan and Dorothy "Dot" Mahan; his brother Jimmie A. "Jim" Mahan; and his great grandchild Noah Ledet. He is survived by: his wife Berdie M. Mahan; his children, Robin Ledet (Danny), Karmann Samaha (Darryl) and Nancy Fremen (Warren "Duddy"); his grandchildren, Sandi Martin (Jonathan), Daniel Ledet (Angela), Devin Samaha (Kara), Drew Samaha (Allyson), Brody Samaha (Jordan), Brennen Samaha (Katelyn), Nathan Fremen (Katie), Austin Fremen (Paige), Cameron Fremen (Jazzlyn) and Madison Fremen (Arnel); his siblings, Gerald Mahan (Deanie), Joy Robert (Whitie) and David Mahan (Sharon); and his sister-in-law Linda L. "Lyn" Mahan. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
