It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony M. Vinterella (Destrehan, Louisiana), who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Hilda Marie Troxler Vinterella; his daughters, Toni St. Martin, Mary Valerie Laborde, Lisa Twilbeck, Kay Broden and Mary Vinterella; his parents, Salvador Vinterella and Mary Macaluso Vinterella; and his siblings, Rosemary Brocato, Delores Vinterella, Delores Wild, Jeanette Randazzo, Rita Marchese, Josephine Vinterella, Grace Giorlando, Nicolas, Joe, Salvador and Peter Vinterella.

He is survived by : his daughters, Cynthia Vinterella Sheridan (Rodney) and Andrea Vinterella Kopfler (William); and his brother Carlo Vinterella. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

“In loving memory of Anthony M. Vinterella, Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies for your loss. I remember when I was around 9 or 10 Uncle Anthony was in World War 11, we wrote letters to each other. When he returned he brought me back a sword. Uncle Anthony and my mom Rita we’re very close. I know he will be dearly missed.”
