He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan Nix Labure; his children, Dennis Labure and Karen Labure; his granddaughter Rachel Labure; his parents, Marion Labure and Marie Mitchell Labure; and his siblings, Wayne Labure (late Betty), Chris Labure (Jan) and Randy Labure (Linda). He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the L. A. Muhleisen & Son Funeral Home (2607 Williams Blvd, Kenner, LA 70062). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
