He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Lee Colgan (Terre); his parents, Mary Theresa Nunez Colgan and Edward Charles Colgan, Sr.; and his sister Marlene Joan Colgan. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberley Colgan Basile (Leo) and Courtney Colgan Messerly (Robert); his siblings, Edward Charles (Patsy), Larry, Kenny (Marianne), Judyth Latham and Kathleen Veale (Dewey); his grandchildren, Jay Trusheim, Jr. (Christin), Joshua Trusheim, Dylan Torrance (Heather Tran), Madison Torrance, Isaac Galaforo, Rebekah Galaforo and Caroline Basile; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Jacob, Catherine, Thomas and Luke Trusheim.

While he lived in St. Charles Borromeo's parish, Clark believed in spreading charity to all parishes.
