She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Pie Simon and Annita Lily Babin Simon; her brothers, Earnest Simon and Ralph Simon; her husband Lloyd Joseph Trosclair, Sr.; and her son Brian David Trosclair (Linda).
She is survived by: her brother Richard Simon Jr.; her children, Perry Michael Trosclair, Lloyd Joseph Trosclair Jr., Angela Trosclair Nelson (David) and Lawrence Jayson Trosclair (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Shawn Campbell (Jordan), Angelle Mehrtens (Donnie), Daniel, Benjamin, Michelle Nelson, Lauren Rosiere (John), Tara Taylor (Steven), Casey Trosclair and Christopher Trosclair (Gemma); and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Vivian, Laila, Jace of Shayla, LJ, Evan, Vincent and Kenna. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the L. A. Muhleisen & Son Funeral Home (2607 Williams Blvd, Kenner, LA 70062). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (13396 River Rd, Destrehan, LA 70047).
