He is survived by: his children, Erin Bailey (Rusty), Jonathan Harmson, Miranda Harmson, Kayla Harmson, Jason Harmson, Christian Harmson (Mariah) and Hannah Harmson (Caleb Walker); his grandchildren, Briauna Voda, Tennyson McNeal, Gannon Cheatham, Kyla Cheatham, Baylee Bryan, Brayden Harmson, Enoch Harmson, Talan Francis, Abel Harmson and Serenity Morace; his great grandchild Saylor Barlow; his mother Vernell McCarty; his brothers, Keith Harmson (Penny), Eric Harmson, Ray Ray Harmson (Miranda), George McCarty, Jr. and Alan McCarty; and his sister-in-law Cherrie Harmson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other beloved family members and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Pineville (2701 Military Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360). A burial was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Richey Baptist Church (999 Effie Hwy, Deville, LA 71328).
