We announce the death of Donald L. Jowers of Deville, Louisiana, who passed away on October 19, 2026, at the age of 65. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Sr. Jowers and Mayme Jowers; and his brothers, Danny Jowers and Elbert Jowers, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Pam Carson Jowers; his daughter Danielle Dunlap (Jonathan); his granddaughter Madalyn Dunlap; his siblings, Josh Jowers (Theresa) and Jo Ann York (Robert); and his pets, Diego and Dolly.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Palmer Chapel Memorial Church (895 Williams Lake Rd, Pineville, LA 71360).
