She is survived by: her children, Thomas "Wayne" Smith, Jr. of Deville and Melissa Smith (Gary) of Deville; her grandchildren, Christi Fernandez (Jake) of Wylie, Michelle Reed (Alex) of Bridgeport and Marcus Smith (Anna); her great grandchildren, Connor, Chloe, Daegan, Logan, Lilly, Ryan and Mea; and her siblings, Oscar Coody (Jackie), Robert Coody (Ethel), Barbara Nation, Linda Killian (Jerry) and Carolyn Coody. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rush Funeral Home - Pineville (3307 Monroe Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
