He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Burlew; his daughter Mary Ann Elliott (Jerry); his daughter-in-law Billie Burlew; his brother Tommy Burlew; his grandchildren, Garrett Burlew, Keisha Cross (David) and Lanny Dean Burlew; and his great grandchildren, Lexi Cross, Lybi Cross and Heather Hudspeth.
