She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hardy Summerall and Lena Hart Summerall; her daughter Barbara "Bobbie" McClure; her siblings, Barbara Carter, Helen Simpson, Joyce Carter, Rita Higdon and Roy Sumerall; and her grandson Ryan McClure.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Allen McClure, Sr. of Deville, LA; her children, Rodney Keith McClure of Jefferson, TX, Clifford Lee McClure of Ball, LA, Fred Allen McClure, Jr. of Sarepta, LA, Marla Angeline Sullivan of Springhill, LA and Clint Allen McClure of Shreveport, LA; and her sister-in-law Julie Foster of Meadville, LA. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Jonesville. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Young's Funeral Home (2313 4th St, Jonesville, LA 71343).
