He is survived by: his children, Corey Johnson (Adrienne), Newanda Joshua, Heather Johnson (Leroy), April Johnson-Butler, Tiffany Johnson (Joseph) and Courtney Johnson-Landry (Jordan); his grandchildren, Alexis, TaKia, Demarius, Tyrus, Reginald, Jordan, Je'Nia, JeKira, Jelani, JeKai, Javon, Kylon, Kadon, Ja'Ceon, Malaya, Machi, Malique, Taraji and Tavoris; his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Ky'Mir, Evalet and Melanie; his sisters, Gladies Green, Angela Jackson (Lloyd), Luvinia Mumphery (Donald) and Gracie Landry (Charles); his son Linwood "Black Gal" Harris; and his godsons, Norman Steward, Derrick Taylor and Emmanuel Judson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, extended family.
