Butler of Covington, LA, Norma Lewis of Darrow, LA and Rose Lewis of Baton Rouge, LA; and his friend LaBelle Demby (family: Dwayne Levy, Sr., Kimberly Rucker). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
