He was predeceased by : his father Roosevelt "Bobby" Mitchell; his sister Densie Mitchell-Dumas; his grandparents, Doris, Wilbert Werner, Laura and Septeme Mitchell, Sr.; and his parents-in-law, Dianne Hill Scott and James Scott, Sr..
He is survived by : his wife Tanya Scott-Mitchell; his mother Beryl Weber (Allen, Sr.); his children, Kurt Jr., Gavin, Isaiah, Jacob Mitchell, Shai'honesty, Chandlier and Eliana Mitchell; his sisters, Dr. Crystal Consonery (Adrian, Sr.), Alison Johnson (Leroy) and Brandy Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Amir Mitchell, Austin Levy, Braicyen Lucas, Cynia Lucas and Hailynn Mitchell. He is also survived by aunts. uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
