He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Mary Giddings; his parents, Lucille Smith and Lawrence "Smitty" Smith; and his brother Jackie Giddings. He is survived by: his sons, Timmothy Giddings and Larry Giddings of Doyline; his niece Kelly Burge of Doyline; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Giddings of Doyline, Bill Timmons of Doyline, Randy Timmons of Dallas and Ricky Fletcher of Haughton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church (211 Pilgrim Rest Church Rd, Doyline, LA 71023). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at the Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church Cemetery (211 Pilgrim Rest Church Rd, Doyline, LA 71023).
