She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer E. Oaks, Sr.; and her children, Billy E. Oaks and April D. Oaks. She is survived by: her sons, James B. Oaks (Sim) of Tucson, AZ and Elmer E. Oaks, Jr. (Mary) of Tucson, AZ; her grandchildren, Lindsey Melder Michaela (Ryan), Lori Petry-Fitzsimmons (David), Barbara Oaks, Raymond Oaks and Austin Oaks; and her brother Elwood Johnson (Linda). She is also survived by great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews.
