With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bobby Long Arrington of Dry Prong, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2026 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Arrington; his parents, Commie Arrington and Rhoda Arrington; and his siblings, Elmer Arrington, Earl Arrington, Mayo Arrington, Leo Arrington and Nora Beltz.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy J. Arrington Kahnle and Donald Arrington (Martha); his grandchildren, Courtney Arrington (Allison), Clayton Arrington (Allison), Meghan Kahnle and Connor Kahnle (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Creed Arrington, Emery Arrington and Harper Arrington.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hebron Baptist Church (7963 LA-122, Dry Prong, LA 71423). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Hebron Baptist Church, 7963 Hwy 122, Dry Prong, LA 71423, directed towards the following programs: Operation Christmas Child, Children and Youth Programs, or Mission Projects.
