She is survived by : her parents, Nicole Hayes (Sean Davis) and Cody Collins (Heather Fitzhugh); her siblings, Caitlyn Jowers, Madison Carter, Emma Collins, Laniee Arnold, Ethan Gillette and Blaine Collins; her grandparents, Bill, Kim Collins, Linda Ladd, David "Bubba" Walker, Cindy Walker and Beatrice Collins; and her aunts and uncles, Chris Oxner, Zachary Hayes (Rudy), Becky Walker (James), Missy Perry (Jimmy), Patrick Panzica (Melony) and Casey Collins (Lacy). She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
