He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Johnson and Maudine "Dee" Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Johnson of Dry Prong; his niece Joy Coleman (Jacob) of Prospect; and his siblings, Gus Johnson (Toni) of Conroe, Joel Johnson (Karen) of Winnfield, Felix Johnson of Dry Prong and Dianne Johnson of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Dry Prong First Baptist Church (920 US-167, Dry Prong, LA 71423). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
