He was predeceased by : his daughter Holly Abbott; his parents, Earl William Abbott and Dorothy Utley Abbott; and his brother Michael Abbott. He is survived by : his wife JoAnn Abbott; his children, Jennifer Wilkinson (Steven), Jason Abbott (Megan) and Cody Abbott; his grandchildren, Luke Abbott, Miley Abbott, Eastyn Miller, Bensyn Miller and Durbyn Miller; and his brother Jake Abbott (Donna). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
