He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Lee and Lydia Porter Moore; his wife Rita Guthrie Moore; and his siblings, Sonny Moore, Peggy Hutchinson and Bobbie Reeves.
He is survived by: his sister Marsha Allen (Mike); his children, Brad Kimbell (Alicia), Daniel Kimbell (Kendal) and Monika Moore; his grandchildren, Gaige, Logan, Tylar, Bryce, Forman and Kaymen; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Brantley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mineral Springs Baptist Church (118 Pea Ridge Rd, Dubach, LA 71235). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
