He is survived by: his wife Brandy Ricketts; his children, Larry Phillips (Whitney), Erin Phillips (Karen) and Lara Hoyt (Rocky Hoyt); and his siblings, Ernest Dion, Ronald Pierre, Adam Pierre, Christine Billiot, Marie Geraldine Parfait and Shirley Steakley. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and one great-grandchild and one great-grandchild.
