She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Vincent Touchet and Lesin Touchet; her siblings, Rowan Laseter and Ria Touchet; and her nieces and nephews, Ryan Noel "Bubba" Laseter, Crystal Kibodeaux and April Regan.

She is survived by: her son Dayman Simon (Laura) of Duson, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Dain Simon, Dayden Simon and Dayvan Simon; her brothers, Gordon Laseter (Nanette), John Ryan Laseter (Jenny) and Roderick Laseter; her nieces and nephews, Annie Laseter, Kristy Laseter, Russ Laseter, Lance Laseter, Benjamin Laseter, Tyson Laseter, Leland Laseter, Ria Laseter and Royce Laseter; and her friends, Nicole Chiasson, Debbie Lenox, Madison Comeaux, Raywood Dugas and Mona Dugas.

In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to Hospice of Acadiana.
