He is survived by: his wife Tammy Champagne Harper; his daughters, Alouch Harper, Shaina Moses (Courtney) and A'Kia Young (Jarron); his grandchildren, Jaila, Kylie, Khari, Kane, Kace and Kree; his pet Ace Harper; his siblings, Byron Harper (Nedra), Jeffrey Harper (Sandra) and Troy Baker (Leo); and his great-uncle Lester Simon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, Godchildren, cousins, and friends.
