She is survived by: her husband Perry Cates of Effie, Louisiana; her son Cody Cates (Morgan) of Moreauville, Louisiana; and her siblings-in-law, Zach Cates of Tennessee, Anita Cates-Reyes (Rudy) of California, Tina Hubbard of Tennessee and Sarah Pugh of Tennessee.
