He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wesley and Ethel Dyess Robinson; his siblings, Junior Robinson, Gerald Robinson, Kenny Robinson, Huey Robinson, Norma Jacks and Sandy Robinson; and his grandson Caleb Nathanel Robinson.

He is survived by: his wife Lorena Kennedy Robinson; his sons, Donald Robinson (Nadine) and Tony Robinson (Johnnie); his grandchildren, Jesse Robinson (Amber), Josh Cooley, David Cooley (Munica), Megan Storms (Josh), Wesley Robinson (Kaylee) and Hannah Robinson; Baptist.
