She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis "Sonny" Gordey; her daughter Melissa Ann Gordey; and her parents, Milford Bennett and Grace Suttles Bennett. She is survived by: her siblings, Ralph Bennett of Pineville and Beverly B. Gunter of Elmer; her nieces, Shauna Bennett Barron of Magnolia, TX and Tara Bennett Clossiner of Pineville; her nephew Brett M. Bennett of Pineville; and her close friend Mennie.
