He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sherry Kim Woods of Elton, LA; his daughters, Quarshonna Ardoin (Chris), Stacy Woods and Allison Thomas (Nookie); his brothers, Rev. Darrell "Zip" Woods (Karon), Kevin Ray Woods (Jennifer) and Gary Woods (Debra); his godchild Trinidy Soileau; and his pet Chase Woods.
