He is survived by: his wife Estella Badon Stoute; his children, Rita Moss, Theresa Stoute, Gwen Bodin (Sean), Martin Stoute and Clovis John Stoute, Jr. (Linda); and his brother Louie Stoute (Kathy). He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; thirty six great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Frioux Funeral Home of Erath (209 E Putnam St, Erath, LA 70533). A rosary was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Frioux Funeral Home - Erath (209 E Putnam St, Erath, LA 70533). A Mass was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (700 South Broadway Street, Erath, LA 70533). A burial was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the LeBlanc Cemetery.
