He is survived by: his wife Frances Lamkin; and his children, Fred Lamkin (Nelia), Ron Lamkin, Barbara Carwile (Joe) and Sharon Lamkin. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
