He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamar Wilson and Bessie Belle Wilson; and his brothers, Wilton, Teddy and Jerry Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara DeLee Wilson; his children, Lance Wilson (Stephanie), Shannon Wilson (Jami) and Nikki Wilson Baez (David); his grandchildren, Victoria and Matthew Wilson; and his children, Natalie, Elena and Cristian Baez.
