She was predeceased by: her former husband Eddie J. Courtney Sr.; her husband Walter C. Siebert; her mother Holly T. Edwards; her son Col. Eddie J. Courtney Jr.; her grandson Benjamin Randall McDonald; her son-in-law Randall "Randy" McDonald; and her sister Wilma E. Hendricks.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Courtney "Cindy" McDonald; her daughter-in-law Judi Story Courtney; her grandchildren, Molly McDonald Glascock (Danton), Jennifer Carr (Conway), Jessica Baily (Blake) and Jeremy Courtney; and her sister Barbara Lowin. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
