She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Merlis Guidry and Izora Lavergne Bazinet; and her sisters, Cheryl Turner and Debra Guidry. She is survived by: her husband Balford Benoit; her sisters, Brenda Frieson and Cynthia David; and her sister-in-law Bridget Fitzgerald.
