He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Perkins and Jennifer Doucet Perkins; his stepbrother Eddie Perkins; and his cousin Nathan Chaddick. He is survived by: his daughter Lauren Reynolds (Jason); his stepbrothers, Shannon Perkins and Anthony Perkins; his aunts, Becky Doucet (Chris) and Bridget Doucet (Bill); and his cousins, Nikki Carrier (Joey), Trevor Doucet (Kylie) and Trenton Doucet.
