With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Derwin Paul Davy of Eunice, Louisiana, who passed away on March 11, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emery Davy and Viola Lejeune Davy; his children, Scotty Davy (Erica) of Eunice and Mary Catherine Vega of Slidell; his stepson Charles "Randy" Ardoin of Eunice; his brother-in-law Benny Sylvester of Lawtell; his sister Juliana Young of Lake Charles; his wife Norma Jean Davy; his son Dusty Paul Davy; his sisters, Wilma Jean Breaux and Edwina Sylvester; and his brother-in-law Earl Young.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Ardoin's Funeral Home (840 Howard St, Iota, LA 70543). A Mass was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (604 St Joseph Ave, Iota, LA 70543). A burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at the St. Joseph Cemetery.
