He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jeanette Bellard; his daughters, Courtney Bellard and O'sona Bellard; and his siblings, Barbara Frank, Floyd Bellard, Terry Bellard and Daniel Bellard.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Owens-Thomas Funeral Home (437 Moosa Blvd, Eunice, LA 70535).
